Audience

This virtual training course is for produce growers and those interested in learning about produce safety, Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule.

Please refer to this page to see if the FSMA Produce Safety Rule applies to your farm.

If your farm is not excluded or exempt from the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule, at least one supervisor or responsible party from your farm is required to complete a training that uses FDA-recognized curriculum or equivalent, which can be fulfilled by this training.

Registration is required by December 28.

Additional requirements

  • You must have a webcam, two-way audio (speakers & microphone), and reliable internet.
  • To earn the certificate, you will be required to keep your webcam on throughout the full course of the training to verify your presence and participation.
