Add to Calendar 2022-02-10 12:00:00 2022-02-10 13:30:00 Farmer-to-farmer: Incubating beginning farmers on your land Join the University of Minnesota Extension and Land Stewardship Project for a series of online forums this winter to address resiliency on our farms.  From the changing climate to the external and internal pressures impacting our farms, our strength lies in coming together collectively to support one another and to provide inspiration for addressing these challenges.    This event will be all about creating opportunities for beginning growers to gain experience and land access by creating incubation opportunities on your farm. We’ll be highlighting farmers Moses Momanyi of Dawn2Dusk farm, and Dayna Burtness of Nettle Valley Farm, both of whom have incubator programs on their farms at very different scales. The format will include a video interview with the farmers followed by a live Q&A.  There will also be an opportunity for peer-to-peer dialog. America/Chicago public
