June 15 -  Fair Entry registration due. All fair projects must be entered in FairEntry (general and animals)  Also due by June 15: Horse Coggins, registered animal certificates, Poultry Statement of Origin paperwork and Livestock Quality Assurance and Ethics (LQA&E) must be completed by 11:59 p.m. 

 

  • Login to the FAIR ENTRY portal at:  http://roseau-county-4h.fairentry.com (You will login to the fair entry system using your 4HOnline login email and password ) For assistance, refer to the ‘FairEntry user guides and video tutorials on the MN 4-H website or contact 4-H staff (below). 
  • NOTICE: If you are unable to enter your information into FairEntry, please return a completed worksheet to the Extension Office for assistance in entering your information into FairEntry by the end of business day (4:30 p.m.) on June 15.   • Register entries for each exhibitor (member) and repeat for all additional exhibitors and/or exhibit entries and submit. If registering for more than 1 static project in a class, you can select the quantity needed.
  • Select the current grade category you’ve completed in 2023; Gr. K-2 (Cloverbud), Gr. 3-5 (Beginner),  Gr. 6-8 (Intermediate), & Gr. 9+ (Advanced)
  • All Cloverbud projects (Static &/Animal) Gr. K-2, can be entered under Cloverbud division/classes.
