4-H Engineering Design Challenge kickoff - Polk, Red Lake and Clearwater counties
Youth in grades 3 and up will work together to design and build a machine that solves a two-step task as an introduction to the Engineering Design Challenge. The goal of the Engineering Design Challenge is to use engineering to encourage young people's creativity, collaboration, communication and critical thinking. Youth will experiment with hands-on engineering activities, solve challenges and learn how to construct a machine while having fun. All supplies will be provided.
