Join other Minnesota cottage foods producers and farmers market managers to ask Extension educators about food safety, safe food handling practices, and questions about allowable and not allowable foods.
The first 15 to 20 minutes of our monthly virtual office hours will be reserved for an Extension food safety educator to teach about a topic or food, and invited collaborators will share updates. The remaining time will be devoted to your questions.

You only need to register once for all lunch-hour sessions. Registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
