Changing the narrative for youth in the outdoors

Join the University of Minnesota Extension Department of Youth Development community of practice for outdoor education professionals to engage in learning, conversation and application through books, reflection questions and guest speakers to ensure all youth can flourish in the outdoors.

This group will meet online from 2 to 3 p.m. CT on the second Tuesday of each month, beginning Oct. 8 and continuing through May 13.

Every few months, we will introduce a new book, topic of exploration and relevant discussion questions. We will hear from inspiring speakers from the field and create space for enriching dialogue.
