Anyone who arrives more than 15 minutes late or leaves early will not be allowed to receive MDA’s recertification credit for licensure. Class starts promptly at 9:00 AM. Certified site managers: To be eligible to renew your license you must meet recertification requirements by attending a course once every other year or re-test.     $10.00 can be paid at the door by cash, credit card or check payable to UMN Extension
