Cloverbuds (grades K-2) in the following counties of the Northeast Region: Aitkin, Beltrami, Carlton, Cass, Cook, Crow Wing, Itasca, Kanabec, Koochiching, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Pine, North St. Louis, South St. Louis and Todd.
