Audience
All Carver and Scott County 4-H youth in 3rd grade and above, who are currently serving leadership positions in clubs, federations, and councils.
All Carver and Scott County 4-H screened adult volunteers.

Registration opens on November 15 and the registration deadline is December 6. To register, log-in (or if new to 4-H to enroll), at 4-H Online.
