The camp is staffed by a very qualified and experienced team. Counselors are enthusiastic, talented and caring 4-H youth leaders. They are selected based on their experience, ability to serve as role models and genuine desire to work with children. They attend extensive training each year that includes leading songs and activities, first aid, safety and emergency procedures, team building, how to deal with homesickness, age level characteristics and more. A licensed lifeguard is on duty during any lake activity. For overnight camps, security personnel are on the premises during the night.
Camp is located in Linwood Township and is accessible from major highways. Transportation is the responsibility of the camper’s family. Facilities consist of a combination dining-recreation hall with kitchen and fireplace, four cabins, one staff cabin, and a restroom/shower facility.
Main Hall - Great indoor dining, fireplace, game area and kitchen.
Cabins - Each cabin has 12 beds, electric heat.
Camp Fire - Fire ring for roasting marshmallows and sing-alongs.
Hiking Trails - Beautiful boardwalk through wetlands and mature forests connects to other trails through the park.
