Annie’s Project is a series of workshops designed for women in management and decision-making roles in agriculture, empowering them to become better business partners.

Know your numbers, know your options

This course is part of the next step in Annie’s Project program, designed to strengthen farmers’ and ranchers’ financial and operational management skills. This 4-part series will help you understand how to make rational decisions about income and cash flow.

Plan to attend Zoom meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays, November 11, 13, 18, and 20. 

Schedule 

  • Session one: Basics of balance sheets and analysis
  • Session two: Cash flow - keeping farm and ranch financial records
  • Session three: Income statements - measuring profitability
  • Session four: Evaluating and adjusting cash leases and how to use resources from the University of Minnesota

Cost
