Acidified Foods Training - April 2019

As required by FDA regulation 21 CFR 114, each processor of acidified foods must operate with a Certified Supervisor on hand at all times during processing.
This 2-day workshop will provide the necessary certification to supervisors of thermally processed acidified food facilities.

Day 2: April 25 (8 am-5 pm)
