Leader certification trainings are designed to cover the essential knowledge and rules to become a certified 4-H county instructor. The Minnesota 4-H shooting sports and wildlife program development committee requires leaders attend the certification training every seven years. Choose to do one or two disciplines over a one or two day in-person course. Additional steps are required to be fully certified.
