Do you enjoy the great outdoors? Do you have a passion for fishing? Do you want to learn more about the fish of Minnesota? Come and join fellow 4-H youth
from around the state for this exciting opportunity and increase your knowledge of fishing. 

Youth will have an opportunity to learn about fish identification, habitats, and water stewardship during this exciting hands-on learning experience. Each week youth will learn from a career expert, complete a hands-on project, and get to share their fish stories with fellow 4-Hers. 

January 25, 2022- Learn all about the sturgeon fish family and discover what a watershed is. 

February 1, 2022- Discover the world of the sucker fish family, and find out how lakes were formed. 

February 8, 2022- Do you know about the Gar and Bowfin fish family? What about the life cycle of fish? Join us to learn more! 

February 15, 2022- Dive into the burbot fish family and learn about fish senses. 

February 22, 2022- This week learn all about the fish families that have not been covered and learn about the MN Lake Finder to help you on your next adventure. 

March 1, 2022 - Have some fun as we review all that we have learned during the second session of 4-H Hooked on Fishing 101.
