4-H clover 4-H Food Revue - open to all ages!

From planning a well-balanced menu to assembling an appropriate table setting - 4-H Food Revue has it all! 4-H Food Revue is an opportunity for a youth to create a menu and place setting, and have a conference judging experience about their meal/dish (one serving). Open to all 4-H'ers in Ramsey and Washington County, youth in grades 6th and above have an opportunity to earn a State Fair Trip!

Start by selecting something you’d like to make, cook, or bake. Consider a favorite family dish, something nutritious and tasty, or a meal you have perfected! Youth will put 4 things onto display: Food item, Place setting, Meal Menu, and Recipe.  Next, talk with a judge about what you did (taste and flavor are not evaluated).

Join us Saturday, February 7, 2026 with judging beginning at 9am. Exhibits must remain on display until judging is completed. 4-H Food Revue will take place at Hooley Hall (12300 North 40th St., Stillwater, MN). Register today at: z.umn.edu/FoodRevue26

Looking for an additional opportunity? Consider the 4-H Fair Food Challenge! Challenging young chefs (grades 6+) to show off their culinary skills for a chance to have their recipe showcased at the Washington County Fair 4-H Food Stand! The competition will take place on the same day as the 4-H Food Revue event scheduled for February 7th, 2026. Learn more and register at z.umn.edu/FairFoodieChallenge26
