Current and prospective Minnesota 4-H volunteers and youth leaders are welcome to join us for an evening of youth development education. Facilitators will share practical activities and tools for supporting young people in managing stress, stepping into new experiences with courage, and taking ownership of their learning. In 2021, the Annual Volunteer Training introduced the concept of youth sparks and how volunteers can support young people in identifying their passions. In 2022, we build on this content, inspiring youth to grow a passion for a specific topic into a passion for the learning process. Minnesota 4-H will be offering two statewide webinar options to choose from: Tuesday, Oct. 25, 7 - 8:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, 6:30 - 7:45 p.m. Check with your county or tribal program for more information about what local offerings, if any, are available.
