Farm to School

Toolkit for Direct Purchasing of Local Food​​s​ ​from the Minnesota Institute of Sustainable Agriculture ​helps start, build, and sustain your school’s farm to school efforts.

Minnesota School Food Buying Group (MSFBG)

Minnesota School Food Buying Group can help public school districts and public charter schools:

  • Increase purchasing power and drive down the cost of commonly used foods.
  • Identify sources of nutritious foods available for purchase by schools.

The Anoka-Hennepin School District manages the Minnesota School Food Buying Group for member districts.
