Work Experience

Jan is a leadership and civic engagement cohort coordinator. She primarily works with the Red River Valley Emerging Leadership Program. In addition, she helps community coordinators with planning and organizing and provides technical support for educators in various programs. Jan enjoys helping community members learn about themselves and find better ways to communicate with those around them. 

Prior to joining Extension, Jan was a 4-H volunteer and participated in the U-Lead Advisory Academy, an Extension leadership and civic engagement program.
